Build up the survey of internal audit with the perspective on future auditing concept.

The diploma thesis deals with usage of statistical methods to assure capability of production process. The theoretical part includes the definition of quality management, basic statistical concepts and statistical process control. The practical part presents basic information about the company P & L, spol. s r. o. and analyzes the production process of selected parts. The tools of statistical process control are applied and measures to assure capability of production process are proposed.

The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of identification and measurement of quality costs in Adient Czech Republic k. s. company. The theoretical knowledge needed to understand the problematics are defined in the theoretical part. These theoretical findings are applied into environment of a chosen company and evaluated in the practical part. The recommendations which will reduce costs in the area of product quality and contribute to greater efficiency of company quality management are suggested in the conclusion of the thesis.

The Application of Fuzzy Logic for Rating of Suppliers for the Firm

This Diploma thesis analysis the supply environment of VKV HORÁK s.r.o. according to the requirements of the quality management ISO 9001:2001 regarding the suppliers rating. The thesis also analyses the present way of suppliers rating and brings new, more sofisticated model of rating using the fuzzy logic. The new method should succesfully solve the questions of suppliers rating and should be suitable for the firm according to the resources needed for its application.

This thesis is an introduction into quality management of electrotechnical production. It consists of a theoretical treatise on FMEA analysis and process mapping. The FMEA analysis was applied to the manufacturing process in an electrotechnical company. Selected critical failures were analyzed and corrective measures were suggested.

Risks of project processing in a company

The thesis deals with problems regarding management of risks during the development of a project. First, methodological basis and procedures for evaluating the development of the project are introduced. In the practical part of the thesis, company is presented and development of specific bridge construction with all the risks involved is analyzed. The aim of the thesis is execution of risk analysis on specific project and suggestion for precautions eliminating its risks.
